Once on this road go all the way up the hill, over the common, down and up the steep valley into Kittle, Passing the Beaufort Pub and on through Kittle, after about 1-mile turn right immediately in front of the white church into Vennaway Lane.
At the T Junction turn left (onto the A4118) following signs for Port Eynon.
Eventually (after 5.2 miles), after passing through Parkmill, the Gower Inn Pub on your left then Shepherds Shop on your left, up the steep hill to Penmaen and on to Nicholson, you will pass Penrice estate with its ruined (but lived in) lodge house on your left.
After about another 1 mile, opposite the large Grey House turn right, signposted Reynoldston.
Take the road up the hill and over the cattle grid, Little Avalon is the Mocha coloured house on your left-hand side about 100m after the road bends sharply left.
Little Avalon is down the drive behind the Right-Hand set of pillars.
